Owners Chris Stinnett and John Vandergrift along with a great management, wait staff, and kitchen team makes Pop’s what it is today. 

"Appetizers at Pop's are where it's at. We had the warmed olives, the BIG BOWL of mussels (in an amazing broth - perfect for dipping their homemade bread into), the calamari, and the field greens salad. Those were amazing - we didn't get as far as dinner, because those, plus a couple glasses of wine, were perfect for a girls' night out. Couple that with the warm atmosphere, the friendly - yet professional - service, and you have a successful and satisfying evening."
